TLC EXTERIORS LLC was founded in 1990 by Thomas J. Leonard. Tom started in the roofing industry working summers while in high school. Upon graduation in 1984 he went to work full time for a large commercial roofing company and quickly worked his way up from a laborer to a roofing mechanic and eventually to a crew foreman. In the late 80’s while roofing by day, he attended college by night seeking a degree in business knowing that someday he wanted to be an entrepreneur. By the time he received his degree in 1989 it was clear that roofing was his passion and that was what he wanted to do for a career. So in the spring of 1990 TLC EXTERIORS LLC was launched.

All of our technicians are factory trained and certified by all major manufacturers to ensure proper installation and qualification for all long term warranties available.
Along with quality our most important aspect of construction is safety. All of our employees are certified by OSHA in construction safety and we also have our own in- house safety program with monthly “JOB BOX” meetings.
We are members of the BBB (better business bureau), NRCA (national roofing contractors association) and hold contractor’s licenses for Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are fully insured up to 2 million dollars.We have a DCAM (division of asset capital management) rating in Massachusetts and are bonded for all private and public work.
